Drawing and meditation with Laurie Nouchka

Drawing and meditation with Laurie Nouchka

Through drawing, experience a deep state of presence, awareness, calm and clarity. Using gentle meditation, breathwork & drawing exercises, we will deepen our connection to the season, one another and, ultimately, to ourselves.

We will utilise drawing as a tool for self reflection. The materials we use, our bodies, the subject matter and nature are all conduits towards heightening our awareness and cultivating a deep state of presence and flow. The practice encourages you to free yourself from any constraints you may feel around outcome, perfection or judgement. These are tools for liberation.

It is open to all, no experience is necessary.
